Our Story

Founded in 2017 by Aleks Tsymbal, Echá Pizza began as all things do —— with an idea. Aleks wanted to deliver pizza to people throughout the Central Valley, but done differently; made fresh at your party in a traveling woodfire pizza oven.

Over the next 9 months, Aleks got to work turning his idea into a reality. He spent countless hours stacking bricks, bending steel; and, of course, watching Youtube videos to get the oven ready for its first flame.

Since that first flame, we’ve made thousands of pizzas, committed to making every pizza better than the last. Our team has grown but the roots remain.

Through hard work and perseverance, from splitting the wood, to preparing the dough, our team members do it all in-house. The end product? What we hope is a slice that will leave you coming back for seconds.
